- SJSU Workforce Data: The FY 2006/07 quarterly graphical presentation of the SJSU workforce data by employment group, generation and ethnicity
- 2010 HR Strategy Model: HR’s strategy model captures the university’s overall business strategy. The model’s internal pyramid represents the recruitment, retention and engagement drivers that will motivate employees to join, stay and commit to SJSU, its Shared Values and Vision 2010. Over the next several years, HR will develop numerous programs and services in these key driver areas
