• Investigate and resolve complaints of discrimination and discriminatory harassment
• Provide training on equal opportunity law and policy to the university community through workshops and presentations
• Define, publish and disseminate SJSU equal opportunity policies and procedures
• Respond to complaint investigations conducted by governmental regulatory agencies
• Prepare reports required by governmental regulatory agencies
• Participate in university-wide committees
• Serves as resource to campus community
