
University employees who take external training may add the courses to their SJSU Training Transcript.
External training includes any off-campus training that helps employees to develop job-related skills. The training may be a seminar, workshop, distance education, traditional classroom program or CSU Professional Development course.
To add the course to the training transcript, you will need to contact a department administrator who has been granted access to add your course. If you are not sure who your administrator is, please contact the Organizational Development and Training Unit at 408.924.2141 or 408.924.2142.
