Transfer Process

There are two basic ways to advance your career at SJSU:

Seek a Classification Review and determine your qualifications for promotion to a higher classification
Seek a new position through current Job Openings

All vacancies are open to current SJSU employees. Current SJSU employees must follow the Application Process and be interviewed for open positions.
