
The Whistleblower Protection Act gives employees of the California State University (CSU) and those applying for jobs at any CSU a way to report dangerous conditions or illegal activities to a State agency, the Bureau of State Audits (BSA).
The identity of the employees or applicants reporting is protected.
CSU Executive Order 929
establishes a procedure for employees and applicants for employment at California State University (CSU).
It protects employees that disclose information about improper government activity or about any condition that may significantly threaten the health or safety of employees or the public.
