Classification & Compensation

The Workforce Planning unit in Human Resources manages all staff and MPP classification and compensation transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, requests for reclassification, in-range progressions, stipends, bonuses, and temporary reclassification or reassignment. The position description is a key element of most classification and compensation transactions and it is always recommended that you contact your Workforce Planning Analyst before taking any action.
