Receive Your First Performance Review
Employee performance reviews evaluate our performance on the
job. The goal is to increase communication, establish clear
expectations, reinforce good performance, improve unsatisfactory
performance, and foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.
- If you are a full-time permanent or part-time permanent State
employee, you are reviewed annually.
- If you are a probationary-status university employee, you are
reviewed, but remain on your contract-mandated probationary
performance review schedule until such time when you reach
permanent status. Then you will enter into the campus annual review
calendar.
- MPP employees who are new to the Management Personnel Plan
(MPP) are evaluated after six months and again at one year of
service, and thereafter annually under the campus annual review
program.
