We encourage all new employees to attend Spartan 101. HR built this program with a focus on the Vision 2017 goals of Spartan Pride and Helping and Caring. In Spartan 101 you will learn more about SJSU and university's mission and strategic plan. You will also connect with important campus resources and have the opportunity to meet and network with fellow Spartans.
