MPP/Confidential Performance Reviews
The MPP/Confidential Performance Review Process has been designed to:
- Link individual contributions to organizational direction
- Provide a vehicle for on-going feedback and dialogue
- Develop leadership skills and competencies
- Acknowledge MPP/Confidential contributions and efforts through pay-for-performance
MPP employees who are new to the Management Personnel Plan (MPP) are evaluated after six months and again at one year of service, and thereafter annually under the campus annual review program.
