Dependents of Unit 4 Employees:

• Application Fee: Waived
• State University Fee for up to 6 units: Waived
• All other fees: Regular rate

Dependents of employees in CSUEU (Units 2, 5, 7 and 9):

• Application Fee: Waived
• State University Fee for up to 6 units: Waived
• All other fees: Regular rate

Dependents of all other units (1, 6, 8, Confidential and MPP):

• Application Fee: Waived
• State University Fee for up to 6 units: Waived
• Student Body Association Fee: Regular rate
• Document Fees: Regular Rate
• Student Union Fee: Reduced to $1.00
• Facility Fee: Reduced to $1.00
• All other fees: Waived

Dependents of employees in bargaining units 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, & 9 shall be entitled to student services, including Health Services, in addition to instructional services. However, dependents of employees in bargaining units 1, 6, 8, C99 and M80 shall only be entitled to instructional services.
