Application Due Dates

Application deadlines for the Staff Fee Waiver Program are determined each semester based on fee payment deadlines set by Bursar's Office. All past participants in this program will receive an e-mail once the official date is set each semester. The date will be sent out once the schedule of classes has been released.

The due dates listed below are an approximation of when the deadline will be set. It is necessary to meet deadlines for Admissions & Records, Student Financial Aid and Bursar's Office due dates for processing.

SPRING 2010 Semester

Applicants need to submit their applications to Human Resources (0046) by the dates below:

Career Development and Dependent:
If your enrollment registration date is November 9 - November 17, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, November 9
If your enrollment registration date is November 18 - December 18, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, November 16
If your enrollment registration date is December 19 - January 17, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, December 14
If your enrollment registration date is January 26 - February 12, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, January 18

If you are a first time fee waiver user and have not yet been assigned an enrollment registration date or have not yet been accepted to SJSU, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, November 16, 2009

Job Related:
Submit your fee waiver form as soon as you have chosen a class, but no later than Monday, November 16

 

FALL 2009 Semester

Applicants need to submit their applications to Human Resources (0046) by the dates below:

Career Development and Dependent:
If your enrollment registration date is June 8 - June 16, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, June 8
If your enrollment registration date is June 17 - July 17, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, July 6
If your enrollment registration date is July 18 - Aug 16, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, August 10
If your enrollment registration date is Aug 24 - Sept 11, your fee waiver deadline is Friday, September 4

If you are a first time fee waiver user and have not yet been assigned an enrollment registration date or have not yet been accepted to SJSU, your fee waiver deadline is Monday, July 6
