Employees may take courses specifically to improve their job performance.

These employees are not matriculated students and are not registered through Open University. However, classes are taken for credit and will be posted on the student's official transcript. The supervisor may approve one class to be taken on State time.

Job Related Employees

• Submit a Staff Fee Waiver Job Related Application (PDF)
• Submit verification from the supervisor that the employee is taking a class to improve work skills
