
If you are a full-time permanent or part-time permanent State employee, you are reviewed annually.
If you are a probationary-status university employee, you are reviewed, but remain on your contract-mandated probationary performance review schedule until such time when you reach permanent status. Then you will enter into the campus annual review cycle.
The annual review cycle covers the performance review period of April 1 to March 31 of each year for bargaining units 1, 6 , 8 and 4. For bargaining units 2, 5, 7, and 9, the review period is the full calendar year preceeding the employee's anniversary date with the university.
