We are suspending our Minor in Hotel & Restaurant Management as well as Recreation for the 2009-2010 academic school year. Current students enrolled as minors will be allowed to complete their program.

The minor in hotel & restaurant management is designed for students who would like to apply the skills and knowledge acquired through their major in the hotel and/or restaurantant industry. For details contact our HRTM staff for direction on who to contact to set up an appointment.
