Acceptance Form

You have been selected for the SJSU/Pebble Beach Special Event Management Team! This team will manage On-Course F&B Operations, Chalet and Sky Suite Hospitalities at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.

If you agree to be part of this team, you are required to attend all meetings, training, and event dates. Failure to attend will result in dismissal from the team.

Please note: You will be missing your SJSU classes for the week of this event and it is your responsibility to make any necessary arrangements with your instructors.
