Keep in mind that these applications are being reviewed by faculty, Pebble Beach managers, and the Special Event Management Team Committee, so be as thorough and professional as possible.

The application is due no later than Midnight, October 16, 2013. Once all applications are received, they will be reviewed and you may be contacted for an interview. Interviews will be held on Nov. 12 and 13, 2013.

After the interview process, students will be selected for specific positions for the Special Event Management Team. Good luck and thank you for your application.

General Information*1. For this event, please be advised working conditions will require:
  • Lifting of objects up to 25 lbs
  • Standing on feet for extended periods of time
  • Exposure to common allergy-causing elements such as foods and grasses


*2. Are you able to commit to the time required to participate in this event as outlined on the website? (This would require attending one (1) half-day and five (5) all-day mandatory training sessions prior to the start of the Spring 2014 semester, two (2) Saturdays of all-day mandatory training and missing one (1) full week of classes.)



*3. For this event, it is required that you are available to work February 3 - 10, 2014. You will need to miss class and work commitments. Are you able to do this?
