Liberal Arts Concentration

Liberal Arts is an interdisciplinary major involving departments from the Colleges of Humanities and the Arts, Social Sciences and Science. Within the program's broad scope, special emphasis is given to literature the humanities and arts.

The wide range of subjects explored in this major provides excellent preparation for many professional goals and graduate degrees in such fields as library science, law, business, and nonprofit or government work.

Whatever careers students may eventually choose, they will find that Liberal Arts has enhanced their appreciation of literature, history, philosophy and the arts and deepened their understanding of the human condition.
