Faculty Grants
CSU Research GrantsThese grants, funded by the CSU, are for faculty teaching at SJSU. The College Research Committee ranks the applications and sends recommendations to the Office of Graduate Studies and Research. The grants usually support research projects conducted in the summer months and may support teaching combined with research or salaries for research assistants. Details of this program and application forms will be made available to faculty from the Office of Graduate Studies and Research early in the Spring semester, with deadlines usually in early April. Awards of up to $7500 are offered.
International Program Resident Director Positions for CSU Faculty
SJSU Graduate Studies and Research Summer Stipends for Proposal DevelopmentThe Office of Graduate Studies and Research has funds to support faculty who are interested in developing proposals that will lead to external support for their research and scholarly activities. Preference will be given for projects that are interdisciplinary in nature for the proposals involving more than one director.
