Many residents choose to participate together in large or small groups to offer a dinner or other cultural event relating to their country or region of the world. Some examples include:

Chinese New Year and Chinese Moon Festival
Japanese Tea Ceremony
Holi Festival, the Indian festival of colors
Persian New Year

Dinners from the following countries or regions: Japan, France, India, Sweden/Scandinavia, the U.S., the Mediterranean, Ethiopia, Kenya, South America, Korea etc.

For many of these dinners, residents also offer a slide show, music or dance performance.
