Residents make travel plans with small groups of friends, or plan bigger trips through participation in the Student Council travel committee.  One-day and weekend trips are taken to San Francisco, Monterey/Carmel, and Santa Cruz, and longer trips to Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Seattle, New York City, and more.  Residents may borrow hiking and camping equipment from the I-House office at no cost.
