Policies

There is no curfew at the International House; residents may come and go as they wish and are allowed guests at any time. Guests must be accompanied at all times by a resident.

Quiet hours are set at the International House, and all residents and their guests are expected to respect these and other rules. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following morning Sunday through Thursday, and 12 p.m. to 10 a.m. the following morning on Fridays and Saturdays.

The legal drinking age in California is 21 years. According to California State Law, the International House is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted on the premises, including in the bedrooms and public areas.
