Students and Employees

STUDENTS: Look for an email from Enrollment Services with your 9-digit SJSUOne ID.

FACULTY & STAFF: Look for an email from HR with your 9-digit SJSUOne ID.

  1. Go to SJSUOne Set/Reset Password.
  2. Enter your 9-digit SJSUOne ID, and then follow the instructions to create a password.

Changing Passwords

If you know your current password, you can change it by going to SJSUOne Account Management. Your current password should not be expired.

New Open University Students

On the first day of late registration, we post an Open University Quick Admit login button on the MySJSU homepage. Select the login button to register and you'll receive system generated ID and password. For additional Open University registration information, visit Open University.

Former Students / Current Open University Students

If it has been more than one year since the end of your last semester, please complete the MySJSU Account Help Form.

If it has been more than 24 months since the end of your last semester, you no longer have access to one.sjsu.edu. You can order your official transcript directly from SJSU Transcript Ordering Services.

Look Up Your Current SJSUOne ID

If you have a current SJSUOne ID, but don't remember it, you can look up your ID by providing this information:

  • Your last name
  • The last four digits of your Social Security number
  • Your birthdate
