IMS Room Reservations
IMS schedules Expanded rooms exclusively to Faculty and Staff for use during the current semester. Reservation requests must be submitted via the online form. Requests from SJSU Students and the public will not be accepted.

IMS provides support for these rooms during our open hours:
Spring & Fall
Mon - Thurs: 7:30 am - 9:45 pm
Fri: 7:30 am - 4:45 pm
Winter & Summer Break
Mon - Fri: 7:30 am - 4:45 pm
IMS Room Reservation Procedure
All week day event requests must be prided a minimum of 5 full business days in advance for processing or they may be rejected.
If your event falls on a weekend please visit the
|Browse Room Features||Keeping in mind your presentation needs and the size of your class/event.|
|Check Calendar||Filter rooms by clicking the down arrow next to the "Agenda" tab.|
|Reserve the Room||Fill out the reservation form to gain access to the room. Once submitted, a ticket will be generated and an IMS support representative will respond to your request.|
|Weekends||FD&O Off Hours Access||Building doors automatically lock after set hours. If your event falls on a weekend please ensure you and your department MPP docuSign this additional form. FD&O will then schedule the building doors to open for your event.|
IMS requires all requestors be trained on the classroom equipment prior to your class/event. If you select this option in the form below, we will request training for you through E-Campus.

Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the room features and calendar prior to filling out this form. All requests must be provided 5 full business days prior to the event or your request may be rejected. Please note that we provide classroom support during our operating hours and training is required for the usage of the rooms.
