Classroom Support

Instructional and Meeting Spaces (IMS) provides audio visual technology support for all of our adopted classrooms. We maintain and support the audio visual presentation equipment in many of the classrooms on campus.

Desktop Support

Desktop Support

The Desktop Support group in the Division of IT is the primary technical support department for SJSU faculty and staff for all aspects of Desktop Computing, including desktop workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. We also provide technical information and consultative support for connecting to and using campus computing information systems and IT resources, including Gmail, enterprise systems, and networks.
