Student completes online form and needs to pick up the tickets from the main office. We can only accept credit/debit cards and money orders. If tickets are not picked up, we will cancel the order.

Seating will begin an hour before the ceremony begins. If your family and friends bring balloons, they will be asked to leave them in the lobby of Morris Dailey auditorium. Balloons are not allowed in the auditorium. Please ask friends and family to refrain from any noise-making devices because of the echo in the hall which may agitate others with sensitive ears and/or hearing devices. Immediately following the ceremony, light refreshments will be served.
Due to fire code regulations, kids are not able to be in strollers in the auditorium -- all kids will need to be seated and will need a ticket, unless the child sits in a lap.
All students that participate MUST be dressed in academic regalia. You may purchase your cap, gown and tassel from Everything Graduation. For undergraduates, the cap and gown is black and the tassel is olive green (olive green is the color which signifies the college you belong to. You belong to the College of Applied Sciences and Arts). Master’s candidates will purchase a black masters cap and gown, a masters of science hood, and black tassel.
If you are ordering announcements, the degree is either a bachelor of science (undergraduate students) or masters of science (graduate students). The department is Justice Studies and your college is the College of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Justice Studies has hired John Medina Photography to take our group picture as well as individual snapshots before the ceremony and when you cross the stage. You MUST be here for the group shot even if you do not purchase photos. The photographer will take picture payments at the convocation ceremony or you may purchase them online. Our department will email you the link to view and purchase your photos. You may purchase them by cash or check. Visit John Medina Photography for samples. Package costs are available online or on the day of the ceremony.
Rosies & Posies Downtown is our exclusive florist of choice since they make all of our department arrangements. They will be selling flowers at our ceremony. If you wish to pre-order, please call 408-293-3773 or you can visit Rosies & Posies Downtown website. Be sure to let them know that you are ordering for the Justice Studies Department convocation ceremony.
