Applying for Graduation
Make an appointment and meet with your Advisor. Be sure to bring copies of all your transcripts (unofficial copies will work).
During the appointment, your advisor will review both forms with you and answer any questions you have related to graduation, make necessary edits, sign the form and submit the form electronically to the Department Chair.
The Department Chair will review your forms, electronically sign them and electronically submit them to the Registrar. If the Department Chair has any questions, your advisor will be contacted.
When the forms are sent to the registrar, you will receive an email notification.
