Online Graduation Application Instructions

The Lucas College of Business graduation application deadlines:

  • Late Fall 2018 – Monday, September 10, 2018.
  • Spring/Summer 2019 – Monday, July 9, 2018 – Friday, September 14, 2018 at 10 AM. Students who miss our deadline will not receive priority registration. 

Complete steps 1 - 5 below to avoid delays in the processing of your graduation application and ensure you receive one semester of priority registration.

Step 1: Review the MyProgress Video to verify your current major and graduation status.

Step 2: Review the Transfer Credit Video to verify that ALL your transfer credit is posted.

Step 3: Review the Business Administration Major Form Survey Tutorial Video.

Step 4: Complete this Business Administration Major Form Survey for Fall 2018 or Spring/Summer 2019 graduation using a laptop or desktop.  Once you start the survey you may stop and return within 1 week to where you left off using the same computer and browser.  Submissions not completed within 1 week will be deleted. A JHSSC advisor will review your survey results within two weeks of submission.  Once an advisor has confirmed it’s feasible for you to graduate, you'll receive a confirmation via the email you have provided on the survey. 

Step 5: Apply for Graduation online through MySJSU – select the appropriate term: Fall 2018, Spring 2019, or Summer 2019

Fall 2019 graduation applications are not accepted until Monday, January 14, 2019.  If submitted before, we will cancel your application.
