Online Graduation Application Instructions
The Fall 2018 Graduation Application cycle begins Wednesday, January 10, 2018 and ends Friday, March 2, 2018 at 10:00 am.
Complete steps 1 - 5 below to avoid delays in the processing of your graduation application and ensure you receive one semester of priority registration.
Step 1: Review the MyProgress Video to verify your current major and graduation status.
Step 2: Review the Transfer Credit Video to verify that ALL your transfer credit is posted.
Step 3: Review the Business Administration Major Form Survey Tutorial Video.
Step 4: Complete this Business Administration Major Form Survey for Fall 2018 graduation using a laptop or desktop. Once you start the survey you may stop and return within 1 week to where you left off using the same computer and browser. Submissions not completed within 1 week will be deleted. Your completed survey MUST be submitted by Friday, March 2, 2018 at 10 AM. A JHSSC advisor will review your survey results within two weeks of submission. Once an advisor has confirmed it’s feasible for you to graduate, you'll receive a confirmation via the email you have provided on the survey.
Step 5: Apply for Graduation –Fall 2018 online through MySJSU by Friday, March 2, 2018 at 10:00 am.

Spring 2019 or Summer 2019 graduation applications are not accepted until early July 2018 and if submitted, will be cancelled.
