Todd has a tax and consulting practice in Silicon Valley. He was formerly the tax managing director in the Silicon Valley office of KPMG LLP where he serviced large publicly traded entities as well as middle market clients and high net worth individual taxpayers. He is a California CPA engaged in the practice of public accountancy since 1986.

Todd has over twenty two years of experience that encompasses a broad range of tax services to many different industries and entities. In addition, he is well versed in FIN 48 and FAS 109 and has experience with small and midsize as well as publicly-traded entities.

Todd received his B.S. in business administration and economics from the University of La Verne, and holds an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Todd has served as a board member or volunteer for several non-profit organizations including Junior Achievement, The Columbian Foundation for People with Mental Retardation, St. John Vianney Finance Committee, and St. Patrick Council. He is a former three-time world champion, and three-time national champion powerlifter.
