I am interested in Braid Groups and their applications (algebraic topology); divisibility properties of binomial and multinomial coefficients (number theory); and bootstrapping and resampling techniques (statistics).
Currently, I am completing a paper in which I use algebra and topology to show how to resolve entanglements that arise when walking two dachshunds. (This is joint work with Sasha, pictured, and Fritz.)
