The NASA Research Park will provide many exciting opportunities to SJSU faculty. A closer association with NASA scientists will allow for the development of new research projects based on mutual areas of interest in fields like biotechnology, nanotechnology, or information technology. Faculty will work cooperatively with other faculty from the UC and the Community College education systems to partner on training and other academic projects, and industry will work closely with faculty to transfer technologies and commercialize new products.
