If you are ever unsure of where to go to get a question answered or obtain other help, please check the SJSU catalog, the SJSU web site, the main office of your college or department, your professor, Associated Students, or the information desk in the Student Union, which is located on the second floor across from The Bookstore.
You should meet with the academic advisor for your major during your first year at SJSU. Stop by your department office if you are unsure who your advisor is. Undeclared majors should make an appointment at Academic Advising in the Student Services Center for assistance with course selection.
