SJSU Wireless Guest Accounts

Guest accounts are now available for the SJSU wireless network. These accounts are designated for guest speakers, lectures or other guests authorized to use the SJSU wireless network.

Only SJSU faculty and staff are permitted to request a wireless guest account.*

To request a SJSU Wireless Guest Account for faculty or staff guest lecture/speaker please fill out the online General Guest Account Request Form. For visiting vendors or contractors requiring wireless access please fill out the online Vendor Guest Account Request Form.

Please supply all requested information. Wireless guest accounts are active up to 14 working days from the activation date. The guest account information will be electronically sent to you up to 24 hours before the requested activation date.

*For special groups such as conferences, seminars, or special programs, on the SJSU campus please email wireless_infor@nettel.sjsu.edu and provide the following:

• Type of event that will be taking place

• Estimate number of people attending

• Reliable contact information (Full Name, Title, Email, Phone Number)

Someone will contact you to obtain all the necessary information needed to set up the account
