Please download and review applicable advising forms. Forms can be found online, and hard-copies are located outside of CCB 200.

 

BEFORE meeting with Faculty Advisors, students need to:

  1. First obtain and complete the advising form for your degree/concentration, and then
  2. Meet with a Student Advisor for initial coursework planning and general program questions
