1. Click the SJSU Parking Online Services button (in original window).
   Note: These instructions opened in a new window. We suggest you click the login button in your original window so you can still refer back to these instructions after you have logged in.
2. Select Manage My Parking Account.
3. User ID: Enter your 9-digit SJSU ID number. (Example: 00123456)
4. Password: Enter your last name. (Example: Jones)
5. Follow the prompt to change your password.
   Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
6. Complete requested information, and then click Save.
7. Go back to Homepage — this step is very important!
8. Select Manage My Account again.
9. Enter vehicle information, and then click Save.
10. Go back to Homepage, and then select Purchase Permit.
