Citation Review
NOTICE
- Parking Regulations are enforced 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, every day of the year.

You
may contest a parking citation issued by the San Jose
State University Police Department on-line by CLICKING
HERE. If
the citation was issued for 'No Valid Permit', you must
provide the permit number or a copy of the permit.
Please
explain why you believe the citation(s) should to be
dismissed. Your request for a review must be made within
twenty-one (21) days of receiving the citation. If
the violation is upheld, you have the right to request
an administrative hearing, no later than 21 calendar
days following the mailing of the results of the Initial
Review. The Hearing will be held at a location away
from the University Campus. If not contesting further
payment will be due within 21 days of mailing the Initial
Review response.
Late
fees will not be applied while your Initial Review
request is being processed. If you have any additional
