  • Complete systems.
  • Monitors.
  • Items to build/configure computers.
  • Bulk purchases.
  • Hardware from foreign suppliers.
  • Online backup services.
• Custom promotional items with imprints.
• Engraving (such as trophies, plaques and awards).
• Equipment.
• Fans, heaters and air conditioners.
• Firearms.
• Food/catering (unless vendor is on the Approved Caterer List (pdf)).
• Furniture.
• Gifts (including flowers, cards and plaques).
• Household appliances (refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee makers, etc.).
