Travel Consultants are the SJSU approved travel agency authorized to make airline, hotel and car rental reservations.

When making reservations, you must provide:

• Traveler's name.
• Destination.
• Travel requisition number.
  (Use a manual requisition number that includes a 4-digit DeptID, a 2-digit fiscal year and a 4-digit sequential number used by your department.)
• Chartfields.

Travel Consultants charges a minimal fee of up to $15 for making these reservations. All airline, car rental and travel agent fees will be charged to your department through the chartfields you provide and will show on your Cognos report within 60 days. You will need to provide a credit card number for hotel reservations.
