Moving Services (personal)

If approved by Human Resources or Academic Affairs, SJSU will reimburse employees for their personal moving expenses.)
  • First, read the Moving Regulations section of the Travel Guide available on the PASS website.
  • If the move has already occurred, request reimbursement via the Travel Expense Claim form available on the PASS website. Attach your approval letter and all receipts.
  • If the move has not yet occurred and you would like SJSU to pay the moving company directly, use the Web Requisition pathway. Attach the approval letter to your requisition.
  • For more information, contact either the Travel Coordinator in Accounts Payable or the Furniture Buyer as appropriate.
