Note: ANGEL replaces Blackboard and WebCT as the CSU approved learning management software. A contract for special discount pricing is currently under negotiation.

Dollar Amount Criteria

If your requisition for this product/service totals $15,000 or more, CSU policy requires you to follow the ATI Procurement Process (as set forth in CSU Coded Memorandum AA-2009-19External Link that Will Take User Outside SJSU Domain).

ATI Procurement Process

  1. Submit a Web Requisition.
  2. Submit an E&IT Procurement Checklist.
