Electronic & IT Equipment

Includes, but is not limited to, computers, software and operating systems, telecommunications products (such as telephones), information kiosks and transaction machines, World Wide Websites, multimedia, and office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.

1. Use the Web Requisition process.
2. You may need to take additional steps. Check ATI Procurement Criteria to see if your order qualifies for the ATI Procurement Process.

Non-Electronic & IT Equipment

Includes art, athletic, automotive, aviation, facilities, janitorial, library, medical, photography, police, safety and scientific equipment.

• $0-$49: If cost is less than $50, use either the Petty Cash or ProCard process.
• $50-$4999: If cost is at least $50, but less than $5000, use either the ProCard or RapidReq process.
• $5000+: If cost is $5000 or more, use the Web Requisition process.
