All videos in any format purchased that support the mission of the San Jose State University should be closed captioned prior to purchase and must be closed captioned prior to viewing in the classroom according to section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (amended 1998) . • If cost is less than $50, use either the Petty Cash or ProCard process.

$50-$4999

• If cost is at least $50, but less than $5000, use either the ProCard or RapidReq process.

$5000+

• If cost is $5000 or more, use the Web Requisition process.
