
If you wish to hire a caterer for a campus event, you must select one from the Approved Caterer List (pdf).
SJSU requires insurance documentation from all caterers that provide on-campus catering services. For this reason, all caterers must be pre-approved.
If you know a caterer that you would like added to this list, check the Purchasing Directory and contact the Catering Buyer. The Buyer will work directly with the caterer to obtain necessary insurance documentation and then add them to the list.
