State Bid Lists

The California Department of General Services uses BidSync, a web-based vendor and bid management system that offers the following services:

• California State Contracts Register (CSCR)
• Leveraged Procurement Agreements (LPAs)
• Small Business (SB) and DVBE search tool
• SB/DVBE online certification application
• State Contract and Procurement Registration System (SCPRS)
