Vendor Liaison

Check our Purchasing Directory and contact the SJSU Vendor Liaison if you need help:

• Registering on our bid list
• Downloading a bid package
• Completing the required vendor forms

SB/DVBE Advocates

If your company is a registered Small Business, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and/or uses subcontractors that are DVBEs, the CSU system and the State of California has designated vendor advocates to assist you with the bidding process.

• SJSU Advocate: For assistance, check our Purchasing Directory and contact the SJSU SB/DVBE Advocate.
• CSU Advocates: To contact advocates from other CSUs, see Campus Procurement Departments.
