The exclusively online Post-Master’s Certificate program at the San Jose State University School of Information focuses on technology and emerging trends in the information profession.

With this convenient, fully online certificate program, students can update their professional skills, explore emerging technological trends, and connect with a community of scholars, researchers, and information professionals from around the world.

    The Post-Master's Certificate program features seven career pathways designed specifically for information professionals. The specialized curriculum covers the skills and knowledge required in today's diverse global information environments. Certificate students select courses in their chosen career pathway, tailoring their in-depth learning experience to their career aspirations.

    Certificate students participate in a collaborative learning environment with graduate students and faculty in the SJSU information school’s nationally ranked and ALA-accredited Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) program.
