Description:
The Rainbow Research Group promotes multidisciplinary research on the aging processes and experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people and their communities. We provide a forum for the dissemination of knowledge about LGBT aging to advance research, policy, education and practice. Additionally, we aim to increase the visibility of research for, about, and by LGBT people in both the field of gerontology and at the Annual Meeting of the Gerontological Society of America. In service to this goal, we hold a Research Symposium at the Annual Meeting of the Gerontological Society of America. We hope you will join us!
