The committee is composed of nurse educators in nine Bay area counties who work to carry out the BASC grant outcomes specific to the Operating Committee. Specific outcomes for the Operating Committee are focused on establishment of a faculty development plan and writing of standardized clinical scenarios to be shared among the BASC members. The BASC strives to standardize and establish best practice for hospitals and schools of nursing in the Bay Area.
