Students build and refine their portfolios to a professional level and learn the process of preparing for life after school. This class will challenge students to use all their editing, typographic skills to present design work in an articulate manner both in print and online. During the semester, they will be asked to research, redo, and refine their skills of presentation and clarity.
The second objective of the course is to give students a grounded understanding of graphic design as a professional practice through lectures, discussions, readings, and field trips.
