My fields are law and economics, labor economics, and health economics. I also research the economics of crime and criminals. I have taught graduate and undergraduate courses at San Jose State University, including Law and Economics (ECON 141, ECON 241); Labor Economics (ECON 151, ECON 251); and both ECON 100W and ECON 205. I have also taught Intermediate Microeconomics and Industrial Organization at George Mason University.
Previously, I was a Capitol Hill reporter for the Pennsylvania Independent.
