Bio
Gigi Acker, MPH, RD, is the owner of NutritionInsights and a part time instructor at SJSU and De Anza. For more than a decade, Gigi has provided fun & motivational nutrition-focused seminars and cooking classes to many companies including Cisco Systems, Yahoo, The Gap, Electronic Arts, 3M and American Express. She has broadcast nutrition messages through television appearances and radio interviews in over 30 cities.
Prior to moving to Silicon Valley, Gigi taught nutrition at the College of St. Catherine, Minneapolis, Minnesota for 10 years.
